League Option to Display ‘All Ratings History’
First: an important piece of background on how players are created if you didn’t already know: All (non-scrub) players are created at age 17, and then aged up to their draft age.
Currently, users have only been able to see a player’s rating history starting at their draft age. We are adding a league option, to allow users to see ‘All Ratings History’ – meaning ratings all the way back to age 17.
For the youngest draftees, this won’t impact the amount of development information you have, but the older the player – the more clearly you’ll be able to see their development rates.
This is a pretty big change to the amount of information users have at draft time – we encourage you to have a conversation with your league to discuss whether to use this option or not. Some leagues may like the realistic variability that comes with less development data, and some leagues may prefer making decisions with more clear information about players at draft time – whatever floats your boat.
Potential Endurance
For consistency in the way we show player ratings – potential endurance has been added back to player ratings information anywhere that you see other potential ratings – this includes player card, player history, roster page, draft list, and free agent pages.
