If you logged in today and thought “wait, what happened to my franchise page?” — you’re in the right place.
We’re rolling out a brand new dashboard that replaces the one you’ve been using for years. Change can be jarring, and I am right there with you to want things to just look the same because you know where they are. BUT we think once you spend a few minutes with it, you’ll find this one gives you a lot more control over how your BaseHit experience looks and works.
What’s New
The old franchise page did its job, but it had limitations we’ve been hearing about for a long time. The new version addresses those while adding features people have been requesting for years:
- Custom league ordering — No more alphabetical order. Drag your leagues into whatever order makes sense to you.
- Custom menu links — Important links used to be buried behind clicks. Now you choose which links appear immediately and in what order, with everything else still accessible in the menu.
- Color-code your leagues and teams — Want team colors on your dashboard? Now you can set and apply them.
- Flexible column layout — Choose anywhere from 1 to 6 leagues per column. You’re no longer locked at 2.
- Full or compact display modes — Prefer a denser view? Switch to compact mode.
- Custom menu placement — Five positions to choose from for each league/team menu.
- New Team Summary card — See your record and standings position at a glance, alongside the existing next/last game info.
- Toggle cards on or off — Don’t want spoilers from the Team Summary? Disable it per team. Same for any other card.
- Commissioner-only leagues now appear — If you’re a commish in a league where you don’t have a team, you’ll finally see it on your dashboard.

Not Ready for Change?
We get it. If you’d prefer to stick with the classic dashboard for now, you can switch back:
- Go to Settings (link in the top menu)
- Choose ‘Use Legacy Dashboard’
