2025 MLB Season Predictions: What the BaseHit Community Is Forecasting

Spring is in the air, I almost drowned in pollen this weekend, and people are making bad April Fools jokes – that must mean baseball season is upon us! We asked our BaseHit community to dust off their crystal balls and share predictions for the 2025 MLB season, and here’s what they had to say. Check out this week’s podcast while you are at it, where we make our own predictions for the year.

World Series Champions

A lot of people think the Dodgers are the team to beat and their 6-0 record suggests it’s not a crazy idea. As one of the people that picked the Braves….I might want to get that one back.

World Series Runners-Up

Almost nobody believes in the American League this year, do they?

National League MVP

American League MVP

NL Cy Young Award

AL Cy Young Award

Hard to pick against last year’s pitching Triple Crown winner.

NL Rookie of the Year

AL Rookie of the Year

Legit toss-up category.
